With more than 20 years of experience across digital strategy, UX architecture, marketing systems, and emerging technology, Lance specialises in translating complex ideas into clear, high-performing digital experiences that attract the right audience and convert curiosity into customers.
His approach blends strategic thinking, intelligent design, and practical technology implementation—ensuring that every digital asset serves a clear business objective.
Outside of Redfox, Lance is deeply involved in his local community, contributing to grassroots sport and youth development through Gladesville Sharks FC.
